The South African Social Investment Exchange
South Africa’s first online social investment stock exchange – the South African Social Investment Exchange (SASIX), is a place where anybody can invest in social development projects. Organisations that are achieving a measurable social impact are selected to list on the exchange and give anybody the opportunity to make a contribution to them for as little as R50 per share. We see these contributions as social investments because, while they don’t offer a financial return, they do lead to real, measurable social change.
Example: A project needs R75 000, we issue 1,500 shares of R50 each.
Our investment philosophy
